do you wanna wind up in a graveyard... * 2003-05-053:38 p.m. if you have never checked out blackfire and you're lucky enough for them to come to your town, you MUST go see them. they were soooo awesome. they played the not in our name show the other night w/dn and fucking blew me away. they just did the woody gutherie project, too so that just makes them 10x cooler in my book, not that they needed it in the first place. they're apparently siblings and have been playing together for 15 years. their mom is their manager, too. their messages are clear and direct, their performance engaged the moshing, chanting, fist throwing up crowd and it helps that they are all so beautiful and down to earth. run and get their album. NOW. they had a friend devin from austin that took photos and played a hand drum with them for one song, too, and he reminded me of all the boys i've given up. quote from that night: what the world needs now, is not another love song... anyhow, beyond my silly crush, it reminded me of a spirituality that i've been missing and the world that i forget is out there...consider me moved. why are all american girls so rough? * nostalgia d'jour * when klee talked to me * wish d'jour * to see blackfire again bout to give this girl a shout >>back in the day>> "i don't want the world, i just want your half..." >>>leave your mark on me / [?uestbook]>>> * me love you long time *
